**About Our Client**:
We are working with an highly reputable business based in Macclesfield, established in the Utilities industry. Supplying to a wide range range of customers in a fast moving market, they are looking for someone to join their Digital Account Administrator team to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities for the Digital Account Administrator are:
- Responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing customers
- actively reviewing and managing client dashboards and providing solutions quickly and effectively
- Prepare and supply quotations
- Work closely with the team to ensure KPI targets are met
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer standards are met
- Handling all aspects of customer requests including discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous
- Experience in a Customer Service background
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Experience in providing training and support
**What's on Offer**:
- Salary of £23K-£25K
- Monday - Friday
- Free on-site-parking
