McCarthy Stone are looking for a dynamic **Relief Care Assistant** to join the team at our brand new retirement living plus development, **Cherrett Court** in **Ferndown, Dorset**. Cherrett Court was built in 2010 and consists of 46 apartments built for the over 70's in mind that may, or may not need care.

**Salary: £10.72** per hour plus additional pay (see below)

**Hours**:Flexible to be agreed with the Registered Estate Manager

**About the role**:
As a Relief Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly individual with ideally some experience of working in a care or support environment.
- You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of team in a busy work setting.
