You will be the first point of contact relating to enquiries about physical works to the Councils domestic housing stock, visiting customers in their homes, attending contractor meetings and resolving issues with a 'right first time' approach. You will be a team player, have the ability to work with mínimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, delivery under pressure and meet multiple deadlines whilst dealing sympathetically and empathetically with a wide range of customers. You will also need to be flexible in your approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. You will need excellent ICT skills, including the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software packages as required. The post holder will support the development of a positive organisational culture that is outward looking, evidence based and customer focused. You will adhere to the Council’s Expected Behavioural Standards ensuring that a high standard of customer care is maintained.
