Overview
Using the software tool Click Up to add and maintain process steps as well as managing project milestones and key deliverables are key daily tasks for this role.
Role Key Attributes
The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting Dynamon Project Management and Customer Success teams by handling administrative tasks and ensuring projects run smoothly. Key tasks include.
- Coordination: Organising customer kick-off meetings, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Documentation: Preparing and managing project-related documents, such as reports, contracts, and proposals.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between internal team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure clear communication. Take a leading role in regular project update meetings.
- Budget Management: Tracking project budgets and assisting with financial reporting.
- Risk and Quality Control: Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
