**30 Hours Per Week - Covering up to 5 days out of 7**

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a flexible multi skilled officer to join our team at the Drake Circus Estate. In this dynamic role, you will work with the team to ensure the safety and security of our customers, retailers and staff. You will achieve this by conducting regular patrols, completing reactive and scheduled cleaning tasks and responding to incidents on the estate. This role requires a Door Supervisor SIA License along with the willingness to clean and get involved. The hours for this role will change each week and you may be covering early mornings, during the day and overnight roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrolling of the site to maintain safety, security and cleanliness
- Advising retailers, where necessary, on management regulations
- Responsible for assisting in diffusing incidents and situations that arise within the centre
- Daily general cleaning of the site
- To be trained in the statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health, and Safety.
- Act as a card holder with tasks in the event of an evacuation of the site
- Aid the public in First Aid

**About You**:

- Cleaning experience preferred
- Door Supervisor SIA license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out the duties described.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Applicant must have a DS SIA license and be willing to clean
