**QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER**

**NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER IN WOKING WORKING WITH A LEADING CONSULTANCY ON GOVERNMENT PROJECTS**
- Contract opportunity in Woking for talented Quality Assurance engineers to work on mission critical projects.

- Competitive day rate DOE - up to **£375 p/d OUTSIDE IR35**:

- LOCATION:Woking
- Shifts - two parallel streams of testing - 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm - Monday to Friday (every two-week rotation)
- Duration: 4-5 months

**WHAT WILL THE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER BE DOING?**

We are looking for talented Quality Assurance Engineers with an interest in Public Sector work to perform Project Quality Assurance activities on assigned bids and projects with a focus on software engineering, systems integration, and test working withcutting edge technology. This role has the authority to prevent the release of deliverables until accepted standards are achieved.

**THE SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER SHOULD HAVE.**

Essential Qualifications/Experience
- Software Quality Assurance experience, ideally in a maritime system engineering environment
- Systems engineering integration and acceptance testing.
- Experience in developing and implementing ISO compliant processes.
- Experience of Quality Assurance support to identified Quality requirements.
- Demonstrable experience of Risk Management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2013

**Other requirements**
- Travel requirements: Some UK travel is required to attend team, preferred supplier, or customer meetings, and to attend training events. A valid UK driving license is required.
- **Clearance: Must hold current SC and be a UK national**
