The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Engagement Coordinator on behalf of Dovetail Enterprises.

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Coordinator in our Dundee office. This exciting role offers a dynamic blend of reception duties, social media content creation, customer service, sales support, and showroom sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Reception Duties:

- Welcome and greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the reception area is organised and presents a positive first impression.

2. Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the online community.

3. Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction.

4. Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and documentation.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure a seamless sales process.

5. Showroom Sales:

- Engage with customers in the showroom, showcasing products and addressing inquiries.
- Actively promote products to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to facilitate customer decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and proficiency in social media content creation.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
