Company Description

Security Monitoring Centre now has an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) in Nottingham. The main goal of this role is to assist with the monitoring and respond to CCTV and intruder alarms based at our recently refurbished Nottingham Security Monitoring Centre.

**Salary £10,936pa (including shift allowance) rising to £11,500pa (including shift allowance and following successful completion of probation)**

You will work 19.25 contractual hours per week. Examples of working hours available: weekday early mornings, weekday evenings and weekend day shifts.

**Job Description**:
**What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?**
- Process CCTV and alarm activations speedily and accurately
- Inform the relevant Emergency Services and Customers of relevant information in relation to their system
- Handle internal and external customer-related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have previous customer service experience, ideally telephone based
- Possess clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team in a customer service environment
- IT skills
