**Advancing People have an excellent opportunity for an experienced FRENCH SPEAKING Order Processor/Customer Service professional to join a busy and developing company in Hull. This role is to work for a sustainable brand and a growing team You willneed to be both written and verbally fluent in both English and French.**

**Responsibilities**
- Process all orders timely and accurately.
- Check stock levels to ensure orders can be completed in full and within set timescales.
- Manage and communicate with own customer base effectively to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
- Input sales adjustments, credits, and invoices onto the system.
- Generate and coordinate returns.
- Answer all customer queries timely and effectively.
- Generate reports when required.
- Monitor systems to ensure orders have been despatched within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with Planning, Logistics and The Warehouse to ensure delivery is effectively coordinated.
- Provide holiday cover across the team when required.

**About you**
- Experience working within a similar role.
- French Speaking Desirable
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritise workloads.
- Problem solving skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
