- £14,505 - £15,233- _ a hard working and reliable individual who will play a key part in maintaining and improving our school environment and who will have a sense of pride in their role and in our school_
- _ able to maintain high standards of workmanship within the school and be competent and confident in carrying out building maintenance work i.e. minor plumbing, repairs, joinery etc. in an efficient and safe manner to a high standard_
- _ able to organise and prioritise work effectively_
- _ aware of health and safety requirements and be able to identify any health and safety risks and deal with them accordingly_
- _ able to work on their own initiative and be proactive_
- _ have experience of supervising staff and working with contractors_
- You will need to:_
- _ have practical experience that will enable you to fix and mend as required_
- _ be able to carry out a wide range of physical tasks that will include lifting and carrying, working at heights etc_
- _ be enthusiastic and helpful towards staff and children_
- _ be open to training that will enable you to fulfil the role_
- **_ have an understanding of H.A.S.A.W and C.O.S.H.H_**
