As a **Support Worker**, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a range of needs—from mild to complex autism and learning disabilities—across our supported living services in Keighley.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team providing person-centred care to multiple individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and meaningfully in a homely environment.

MSA Supported Living provides high-quality care for individuals with autism (mild to complex), learning disabilities, and associated needs. We specialise in delivering tailored support that enables people to develop life skills, improve well-being, and lead more independent lives within a supported living setting.

**The Role**

We are recruiting experienced and resilient **Support Workers** on **bank contracts**. You will support a small group of individuals, each with their own unique needs and routines. Some may present behaviours that challenge, especially during periods of change or anxiety, so a calm, patient, and empathetic approach is essential.

This is a rewarding hands-on role focused on building therapeutic relationships, supporting independence, and promoting positive outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.
- Support with daily living activities, including **personal care**, **cleaning**, and **meal preparation**.
- **Administer medication** safely and accurately, following training and procedures.
- Support individuals with **travelling in the community**, attending appointments, or engaging in activities.
- Promote independence while maintaining safety and structure.
- Respond appropriately to behaviours that may challenge.
- Work consistently as part of a supportive night care team.
- Follow personalised care plans and behaviour support strategies.
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities (mild to complex).
- Resilience, patience, and a calm approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- **An Enhanced DBS check will be required.**
