We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Recruiter to join our team due to expansion on a full time permanent basis.

Our 20+ strong recruitment team consists of Consultants and Administrators, with each consultant having responsibility for either a geographical area of the business or for divisions of the business.

Reporting into the Lead Recruiter you will have a varied workload of vacancies including Vets and Nurses within the South division.

This is a hands on role, where you will support our practices with the full recruitment process.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing internal stakeholder relationships
- Guiding and support hiring managers on the full recruitment process
- Vacancy progress tracking and reporting
- Advert creation and placement
- Managing and updating our permanent recruitment system
- Training new hiring managers on our recruitment software

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

- A passion for recruitment and people
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within the veterinary sector or a clinical field, such as human healthcare
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to multiple and changing deadlines
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all mediums
- The ability to manage high workloads and with varying/changing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

Location: This is a home based role with the possible requirement to attend other CVS sites/conferences as and when required.
