KUMON COVENTRY POTTERS GREEN is the largest KUMON centre in Coventry.

**Job description**

Centre Assistants support the Instructor and/or manager in a variety of instructional and centre management tasks. Job responsibilities are assigned by the Centre Instructor and/or manager.

This position **is part-time **and require you to work **Wednesday & Monday 16:00 to 19:00 **. Based on performance you will be required to work more hours per week.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Working efficiently and effectively with 4 to 5 Kumon students at a time to provide instruction through utilization of the Kumon Method and worksheets
- Ensuring Student classwork is completed and corrected to 100% in a time bound manner.
- Ensure proper study habits and work skills are being developed and train the students in centre routine
- Provide Instructor with written or verbal feedback, as needed, based on student observations and/or student performance on worksheets
- Provide daily feedback to parents on study plan and their performance

Job requirement:

- Grade 9 for GCSE Maths (preferably advanced Maths at A-Level)
- Proficient in Maths curriculum up to GCSE level (Non linear equations, Quadratic equations, in equalities)
- Keen interest in working with young children (prior experience is desirable, but not essential)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

- Coventry, CV2 1EA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
