**Job Overview**
We are seeking a flexible, dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness.

**Duties**
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept tidy and hygienic, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the cooking team during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as required.
- Help with the storage of food items, ensuring proper rotation and labelling.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and organising stock in the kitchen.
- Participate in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled to maintain high standards of hygiene.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay rate is national minimum wage. Hours to be agreed. The job requires availability during the week and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
