**SUPPORT WORKER**

Location**:Hounslow, Greater London**

Job Type**:Temporary**

Working Hours**:35 hours per week**

Salary**:£10.00 per hour**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a Support Worker to work with us in Fulham:

- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, vulnerable people and behaviours that challenge in a residential service.
- You will need to have IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- You will need to prepare logs of your day to day activities.
- You may work as part of a team or on your own.

Additional responsibilities to be successful in this role are:

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable adults.
- Experience in delivering Person Centred Support.
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and advocacy skills with clients, colleagues and external agencies.
