We are now looking for a keen and enthusiastic Construction Co-ordinator to join our expanding team.
**The Role**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with BDM/on new leads, AVs, and Points of connection
- Quote acceptance process.
- Safe Digs & Section 50’s, RAMS
- Design Process
- Preparing Fault Packs for costing, liaising with operatives and the IDNO
- Assist in procurement of required materials and equipment (cost, availability, lead times etc)
- Assist in subcontractor availability and costings where required (commissioning engineers, SAPs, jointers, excavation teams, grab wagons etc)
- Prebuild site specific works program in line with allocated time built into cost centres.
- Manage and distribute site specific bi-weekly updates.
- Liaise with admin and design teams to ensure Simpro documents are up to date (MU design revisions, MU design approvals etc)
- Process PO requests.
- Assist in building work programme.
- Liaise with Clients/main contractors regarding ESL call off items (substation build completion dates, reinstatement material availability/storage location, plant storage on site etc)
- Respond to basic requests from clients and suppliers (call off dates, delivery dates, document requests, meeting requests etc)
- Manage relationships between Electricity Solutions Ltd - Clients & DNO/IDNO/IGTs & SLOs.
- Whereabouts with DNO/IDNO
- Manage on site meetings calendar.

**What you will need to succeed**
**Key qualifications and experience**
- Experience within the ICP Industry with a good understanding of DNO/IDNO/IGTs & SLOs design and delivery process.
- Experience and Knowledge of the Gas, Water & Electric connection process.
- Understand and manage customer requirements, keeping the customer and internal staff updated on the process, issues or changes that may arise on a project.
- Commercial understanding being able to identify when changes in scope require variations.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with varying scopes of work.
- Flexible and organised to manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with all parties.
- Ability to work well as a part of a busy team but also be able to work independently and proactively on own.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a good work ethic.
**Salary & Benefits**
- Competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications.

- 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays, following first completed year 1 extra day each year to the maximum of 25 days.
