**Role Description**

We are looking for an experienced delivery driver to join the team at our branch in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated person who is looking for a new challenge. You will play a crucial role in delivering heating and hot water products to our customers, loading and unloading safely and maintaining a high level of customer care and service.

**Responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Deliver goods to Merchant businesses and retail customers
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ensure goods are checked, safely loaded and signed for at the point of delivery
- Return all paperwork at end of day and keep a record of goods returned, shortages or errors on the order
- Responsible for company stock and vehicle at all times
- Demonstrate safe driving at all times to meet all relevant vehicle monitoring KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with all applicable driver legislation
- Read and adhere to drivers handbook
- Complete daily vehicle checks including defect reporting
- Report accidents in line with agreed company policies and procedures
- Prompt completion of compliance and training modules
- Ensure vehicle is kept clean and tidy
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Notify any sales opportunities to APP or MRCH sales team
- Follow correct manual handling guidelines in day to day activities
- Accurate processing and locating of goods in and out
- Picking and packing items for dispatch
- Loading of vehicles for onward delivery to our customers
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy of stock and resolve any discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment including fork lift and pump trucks safely and efficiently
- Demonstrate highest levels of housekeeping

You will be required to work every other Saturday

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
