**HR Transformation Specialist**

Our client, a FTSE 50 organisation, is currently looking for an HR Transformation Specialist to join them an initial 3 month contract (likely 6 months) based in Clyde in Scotland 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home. You will be joining at a critical time in their commercial arrangements and will be focused on the change management activity to ensure a smooth transition.

It is essential that you hold a current Security Clearance.

**Key skills for the HR Transformation Specialist**:

- Expert knowledge of TUPE and Contract Law
- Adept at negotiations and relationship building with Trade Unions
- Composed under pressure and deadlines

**Responsibilities for the HR Transformation Specialist**:

- You will be brought in to standardise ways of working following acquisition.
- Liaising with Trade Unions around ongoing discussions and negotiations
- Assessing the dependencies across TUPE’d and existing staff
- Assisting the HR Manager in the assessment of current commercial contracts
- Defining and embedding ways of working in the new Org Design
