**Overview**:

- Opportunity for a mortgage administrator to join and a well-established team to provide administration to whole of market mortgage brokers, with the option to become a trainee mortgage broker.

**Job Title**:

- Mortgage Customer Service Advisor

**Location**:

- Rochester

**Remuneration**:

- Basic to £21,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE - £22,500

**Main Duties**:

- Working alongside the professional team of whole of market mortgage brokers, as a mortgage administrator, you will be required to keep clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage. Liaising with lenders, solicitors, sales progressors, mortgageadvisors & and residential branch managers.
- Updating records contained on the computer software. And maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority.
- Our client will offer the successful applicant to obtain their CeMAP qualifications and progress their career as a trainee mortgage broker or as a fully qualified mortgage administrator

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will be considered from individuals with exceptional customer service experience, along with fantastic attention to detail, be able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
- You should also be motivated, tenacious, energetic hard working and focused. Excellent planning with the ability to prioritise workload and aware of the mortgage process (would be an advantage).

**Summary**:
