About The Role

Eploy is looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key part in maintaining the company’s impressive growth record.
As a Sales Development Representative at Eploy, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the in-house recruitment market. To start with, we will help bring you up to speed on Eploy's software solutionsand our target market. Then, as you learn, you’ll begin to contact and follow-up in-bound sales enquiries, building and nurturing relationships and converting enquiries into sales-ready opportunities.
As an SDR you will:

- Qualify inbound enquiries and convert to sales-ready opportunities.
- Learn, understand and communicate the Eploy value proposition to prospects.
- Develop opportunities, overcome objections and understand the prospect’s needs and issues.
- Follow-up on marketing activities including webinars, events, partner & customer events.
- Work with Eploy's Solution Specialists to schedule calls, meetings and demos with prospects.
- Keep abreast of industry, technology & the competitive landscape.
- Acquire and record prospect data from initial conversations and touchpoints.
- Research prospect companies and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained within CRM.
- Manage live webchat on the company website to qualify and schedule calls with website visitors.
- Assisting with live events, conferences, webinars and expos.
- Meet and exceed your qualified opportunities, demos & meetings quotas each month.

About You
You will work closely with our field sales Solution Specialists, helping them maintain a healthy pipeline of engaged opportunities. In addition, you will work with our Marketing team to help develop and execute business development campaigns to stimulate interestin Eploy’s products and services.
Although mainly an office-based role, you will attend industry events, expos and conferences, on behalf of Eploy and foster relationships within the in-house recruitment market.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree and/or business experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Sales/sales development experience preferable
- Strong desire and aptitude to grow within the Sales and Marketing team
- Proficiency with CRM Software & MS Office
In the main, we work within the in-house recruitment market in mid to enterprise-level companies. If you have experience with other HR or Recruitment software vendors we'd love to hear from you.
