_The Black Bull Bellingham Pub is reopening and is recruiting Bar Staff to be a part of their new team. Roles include but not limited to: serve beverages to customers, preparing alcoholic and other types of drinks, take payments, and serve snacks. Other duties include reconciling the till and the end of each shift, cleaning beer/keg lines, ensuring enough clean glasses and utensils, and delivering excellent customer service._
- We expect you to greet customers when they arrive, determine their needs and make drink and food recommendations to fit their requirements. You will also re-stock the bar, take food orders for the kitchen and handle customer complaints._
- To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a polite and professional manner, and be able to work under pressure. Just send us your CV and Personal statement to open communication for recruitment._

**Bar Staff Responsibilities**
- Maintaining high standards cleanliness and hygiene within Pub.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Serving food and snacks

**Bar Staff Qualifications & Requirements**
- General Certificate of Education (GCE)
- Previous experience within Bar/Restaurant is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
- Decisiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
