**eCommerce Warehouse Operative - Urns For Angels**

**Location** - North Manchester (Urns For Angels, Albany Mill, Old Hall St, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1AG)

We are a family run eCommerce business, providing handcrafted, designer cremation urns and ashes jewellery to help families find the ideal tribute to their loved one's memory. We are looking for an eCommerce Warehouse Operative to join our team to help us run our warehouse in Middleton more efficiently and ensure we continue to provide an excellent customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

Our chosen eCommerce Warehouse Operative will work at our warehouse and office facilities where they have the following responsibilities:

- Ensuring customer orders are packed and fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
- Receiving shipments and participating in loading and unloading packages
- Performing comprehensive warehouse duties, which include quality control, inventory management and shipping and receiving logistics
- Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders for international customers and follow through with products reaching their final destination
- Provide management with relevant feedback to improve processes, procedures, inventory management, and overall efficiency
- Communicating with clients to answer inquiries or handle complaints and issues.
- Processing returns of goods from start to finish
- Maintaining an active communication line with co-workers for an accurate and efficient workflow
- Maintaining customer relationships by helping to process client quotations and transactions
- Assist the marketing and sales team with special requests (e.g. expedited orders, sample requests, etc.)
- Note account of such delay or cancellation of shipments and any tracking numbers from imports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
- Making phone calls to companies, updating them on delivery times
- General admin duties
- Highly Organised: Excellent prioritisation skills and detail oriented
- Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills
- Technologically Savvy: Able to leverage computer software to more effectively complete assigned tasks
- Driven: Takes personal pride in work quality and individual growth

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in office support, fulfilment, shipping, or inventory management
- Prior experience with inventory management & eCommerce software such as Quickbooks and Shopify
- A plus if mathematics is a personal strength or experience with CRM software.

**Salary**: £19,200.00-£19,500.00 per year
