- 4 weekly and monthly invoicing
- Dealing with portals
- Liaising with authorities
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Speaking with families
- Monitoring ledgers
- Updating money received on a daily basis
- Cross checking invoicing out to nominal ledger
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for Management
General
- Answering the telephone
- Answering the door
- Dealing with visitors
- General clerical duties
- Ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years credit control experience
- SAGE, Excel, Word
- Excel high level
- You must be able to work in a team or independently and have the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
- Have good communication skills
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Sales ledger: 2 years (preferred)
