We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Representative vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a hands on level in a part of the business that contributes to the advancement of life saving medicines and other related products.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a technical background. If you have skill with mechanical and electrical products and are an excellent communicator we want to hear from you

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As a Field Service Representative, you will be visiting our customers on site and delivering a top of class decontamination service to ensure that they can keep doing what they doing best without the worry of any downtime. We use Hydrogen Peroxide Vaporisation technology to decontaminate customers products, as well as whole environments. In this role you will:

- Work autonomously, reporting into a Line Manager based in France, and communicate and network with the wider team
- Attend two weeks of initial training in France
- Use a company van that is based at our Basingstoke location (this is where you will also collect the equipment)
- Travel extensively across the UK with overnight stays included
- Be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the equipment
- Be the first point of contact for the customer
- Wear full PPE (provided)
- Create reports
- Adhere to health and safety measures relating to the safe operation of the equipment and the transport of a controlled substance
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience: “Achieving One-of-a-Kind Service” principles
