**PURCHASING AND EXPEDITING ADMINISTRATOR**

**In this role your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining accurate records, adhering to established policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines
- Supporting with ordering for indirect purchases and warehouse stock, and critical purchases when required
- Collating information and documenting component category plans and supply chain risk assessments
- Organising transport between sub-contract suppliers, ensuring that material movement tracking is in place
- Processing stock requests and resolving daily invoice and warehouse queries
- Being involved in data cleansing and input activity in preparation for new ERP system launch
- Monthly creation of KPIs and external indices for board reports
- Be experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
- Evidence self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
- Hold good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
