**Coffee Preparation and Quality Control**:

- Demonstrate expertise in coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art, serving as a role model for the team.
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, taste, and presentation by monitoring and maintaining consistency in preparation methods.
- Regularly evaluate the quality of coffee beans, adjusting sourcing and supplier relationships as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.

**Customer Service and Relations**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Lead by example in creating a welcoming and friendly environment, promoting a customer-centric culture among the barista team.
- Foster strong customer relationships, recognising regular patrons, and seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.80 per hour
