**What We’re Looking For**:
**Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering youth engagement programmes.
- Hold a Youth Worker or FA Level 2 Qualification.
- Valid Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.
- Ability to lead sports based diversionary activities, workshops, and social action schemes.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Mental Health First Aider.
- Mentoring Qualifications.
- Youth Worker Level 3 Qualification.
- Multi-sports Qualifications.
