We are now recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our family business. As a Retail Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for exceptional individual, who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

Your role is to ensure that you deliver great standards & our customers have the best experience possible when shopping with us. You’ll meet great people, learn new things every day and be part of a team where everyone is welcome as a Family

**The Duties;**
- Greet all customers in a warm, genuine and friendly manner and making eye contact with every customer you come into contact with.
- Drive sales, ensuring that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Utilise the in-store devices (Full training provided), offering the customer the whole product range. Provide alternatives and add on sales at every opportunity.
- Replenish stock levels & presentable at all times, making sure the full-size range is on displayed all the time.
- Able to work and run the store own your own.
- Conduct your work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Accept deliveries into the store & reconcile Invoice and putting stock out.
- Cash handling, working on tills accurately and efficiently to provide a positive customer experience.
- Working hours varies as sometimes either to open or close the store - Store timings (7am - 9pm - 7 days)
- Demonstrate good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and offers.
- Checking & ordering stock online.
- Approaching customers that may require assistance.
- Targeted on having appropriate till point conversations with every customer to add on sales and increase the average transaction value.
- Be at work on time, properly presented & ready to start
- To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Ensure that customers receive the best possible service every time they enter & leave the store.

**The Requirements**
- Experience gained within a retail environment preferred
- Confident approach towards maximising sales opportunities
- Flexibility towards working hours
- Multitasker
- Strong communication skills and ability to participate as a key team member
