**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar** **Supervisor/manager**

**As a bar manager your main responsibilities will be**:

- **Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety legislation is followed within the restaurant**:

- **Oversee the cleaning of the restaurant**:

- **Be available to work weekends**:

- **Opening and closing of the business including cashing up**:

- **Completion of daily labour checks**:

- **Making cocktails**:

- **Stocktake**:

- **Running the shift smoothly**

**About you**:

- **Support the Bar Manager with the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.**:

- **Have a real flair and passion for service, working with quality products and a good understanding of drinks menus.**:

- **Have previous supervisory drinks experience in a quality bar environment.**:

- **Possess an open, engaging and humble personality, who has the confidence to lead the Bar Team.**:

- **Ensure our high standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented drinks & tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.**:

- **Be attentive and proactive, with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the guest and managers.**:

- **Have a strong teamwork ethic, be humble and show respect for all colleagues.**:

- **Possess excellent attention to detail, be calm under pressure and be resilient.**:

- **Be looking to develop and progress your career.**

The main objective is to ensure all guests expectations are met when providing food and beverage. As part of the role, you will be expected to communicate with the chefs and other team members and make sure all work will be in line with The Last Melon standards and service concepts. *

**This role is service-focused and requires friendliness, leadership, speedy problem-solving ability, strong people skills and customer satisfaction.**
