About the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cardiff Council’s Application Support team.

The role is part of a multi-skilled support team and offers an excellent opportunity to learn from more experienced members of the team.

What We Are Looking For From You

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and support to internal business teams so they may achieve maximum benefit from the use of the Service Desk software in accordance with their business needs.
- Analyse and assess customer requirements, producing accurate proposals with task estimates and reporting progress.
- Develop all technical, design and support documentation to company standards.

Mae angen y swydd newydd hon i gynorthwyo Uwch Beiriannydd Cymorth Rhaglenni i ddarparu arbenigedd rhaglenni Desg Gwasanaeth ar gyfer yr Awdurdod.

Mae'r rhaglen, Desg Gwasanaeth Halo, yn cael ei ddefnyddio'n helaeth gan ystod eang o dimau busnes y Cyngor ar gyfer staff mewnol i godi ceisiadau am gymorth ac adrodd am broblemau sy'n berthnasol i'r maes busnes hwnnw. Mae'r meysydd busnes, sy'n defnyddioHalo ar hyn o bryd i gefnogi'r gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau, yn cynnwys TGCh, Rheoli Cyfleusterau a'n hymateb corfforaethol i Gwynion, Canmoliaeth ac Ymholiadau'r Aelodau.
