**Permanent - Full Time - 37 Hours**
Due to continued growth within Emtec, Nottingham College’s Automotive Training & Education division, are currently looking to recruit an Onboarding Coordinator, primarily based at our state-of-the-art training facility in Ruddington, with a a requirementto travel between our campuses.
Proactive, highly motivated and adaptable to change, you’ll coordinate and deliver an efficient onboarding experience for apprentices across our range of national contracts, whilst working within agreed process parameters, tailoring the experience accordingto the individual client requirements.
Confidently working within defined Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels, you’ll be passionate about client services and you’ll have a positive approach to dealing with people at all levels.
**About you**
- Excellent communication with a positive telephone manner and the ability to build rapport and maintain empathy with students and clients - both face to face and remotely
- Ability to effectively manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, promptly responding to queries, ensuring expectations are managed
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation
Previous experience within the retail automotive sector and with onboarding new staff / apprentices would be a distinct advantage, however, is not essential.
