**The Role of Senior Business Consultant for Solutions Optimisation.**

Perhaps a unique role within the market, we are seeing an increasing amount of exciting D365 customers globally tapping into our expertise for Solution Optimisation of D365.

In Solution Optimisation you will assist our customers in unlocking the potential within their ERP solution and D365 Platform, maximising business ROI. You will be involved in a bunch of services, such as advisory, requests, changes and customisations forour customers.

You will act as a trusted digital advisor when guiding our customers how to obtain new releases in their business solution, recommending continued systems improvement and implementing optimisations. Shared knowledge is the best knowledge, and therefore youwill also connect with your global colleagues to share knowledge within your core competencies.

**About You (The Essentials)**

You will;
- Hold a number of years of technical, hands on experience within D365 and/or AX 2012
- A number of years working within a FMCG, Procurement, Manufacturing or similar relevant setting, with a deep understating of procure-to-pay features.
- Conduct scoping activities and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Coordinate, conduct, and document the functional requirements.
- Challenge customer requests for modifications and consider workarounds or suitable changes to business processes.
- Complete the specification and testing of accepted customisations
- Identify our customer's requirements and match them with technological capabilities within Microsoft's continuous release plans.
- And of course, have a great sense of humour.
