**Change Manager**

**At Intrum UK we are looking for a Change Manager to join our Projects team.**

**As the Change Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external changes are visible, categorised and validated managing all change communications at internal change boards and external change committees with our clientele.Thisnew role is an initial 6 month contract with potential to go permanent.**

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Evaluate the impact of changes and complete impact assessments for delivery planning and manage budget expectations.
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels where required.
- Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
- Provide reporting, track change status and other updates to management and project teams.
- Chair Change Boards with internal and external parties.
- Management of SLA’s and response rates.
- Conduct change readiness.

**About you**

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills adept at speaking to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.It is desirable if you have worked in a project management environment or as a Change Manager.
