You will be a key member of the Building, Automotive & Civil Engineering Faculty and facilitate the development of our Apprentices within Electrical Installation and other associated specialisms. You will utilise a variety of delivery, training and assessment techniques to develop their knowledge and capture their progress through experiences both in their workplaces across the South West region and on College campus.
Successful applicants must hold a recognised Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and have a sound knowledge and experience of the wider building services and construction industry.
It will be your role as the Assessor to maximise Apprenticeship completion across the range of Electrical Installation pathways offered at Weston College and to ensure that apprentices are supported through their Apprenticeship journey to successful completion.
