We are looking for an experienced full time receptionist/administrator to cover the front desk in our long established busy workshop in the village of Goosey, near Wantage.

You will deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.

Your duties include:
Greeting customers, answering the telephone, taking bookings, payments, and other enquiries, maintaining the customer database and using our garage software

Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with the workshop team

Keeping customers fully informed, gaining authorisation for any additional work required and arranging vehicle collections and deliveries in a timely manner

Handling customer concerns and requests

Preparing estimates for the customer

Handling parts, ordering from suppliers and managing returns

Preparing invoices for the customer

Previous experience of working within the motor sector is essential. Driving licence required.

Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday

Starting salary: £25,000

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
