Tractor Driver

Ashwood are a family run business based in Cramlington, Northumberland and hold a large amount of grounds maintenance contracts across the North East. Looking for a competent, enthusiastic and reliable person who has tractor driving experience and enjoys working outdoors. With an eye for detail to deliver work to the highest standard.

The job role is a permanent role, either full time or part time. Full time would be a combination between tractor work (2/3 days per week) and grounds maintenance (2/3 days). A part time role is also available for 3 days in the tractor.

For grounds maintenance, you will work as part of a team carrying out grounds maintenance across schools and businesses - this will include, but not be limited to, grass cutting (hand mowers/ride ons), strimming, hedge cutting as well as winter maintenance (gritting, snow clearing).

You must be able to work within a team and as an individual.

IMPORTANT: Must have full driving license and previous experience driving a tractor

Schedule:

- Average working week - 36.5 hours on average - 45 hours in the summer season, 20 hours in the winter season. Paid the same wage throughout.
