**Base salary up to £45,000, up to £20K Bonus + Benefits**

We’re hiring an experienced conference producer to join a very successful conference and events business as they move out of the start-up phase and into high growth mode. Part of their growth strategy includes diversification into new markets both in theUK and Internationally. This expansion presents a super opportunity for an innovative conference producer to join the team to develop and deliver existing and new launch events and be part of the next phase of growth.

The Senior Conference Producer will:

- Contribute ideas and highlight new opportunities to the team
- Take responsibility and ownership for the events from concept through to delivery
- Produce launch events
- Attend events in the UK and Overseas
- Earn generous financial rewards, attend overseas company socials, work a 4.5 day week, enjoy 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas, the opportunity for flexible working, private healthcare plan

**The Role**
- In-depth market research and analysis to inform the development of commercially viable conference and webinar programmes
- Conference programme development, management and delivery
- Speaker acquisition and management
- Copywriting of marketing and promotional materials where required
- Close working with sales, marketing and operations functions to ensure maximum commercial performance of products
- Relationship development with key stakeholders including leading individuals, organisations and associations

**Your background**
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial Conference Producer
- Launch event experience advantageous
- Experience in producing International events advantageous
- Demonstrable experience in events research
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and articulate, with a good eye for detail
- Ambitious with a keen desire to learn and progress
- At ease working with high profile individuals
