We are recruiting **Female Support Worker** to join our lovely existing team to provide care and support for a 12 year old girl in the **Leeds area.** You will join us on a **part time, permanent** basis working predominantly short day shifts, 3 to 4 days per week.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£13.00 per hour (£14.00 per hour weekends).**

We offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries. We have a reputation for taking on the more complex cases, and constantly strive to provide the most efficient and effective service possible.

Ultimately our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life.

**The Female Support Worker Role**:
We are currently recruiting for **Female Support Worker** to help and support a lovely12 year old with an Acquired Brain Injury.

You will provide care, guidance, encouragement, and supervision to maintain safety.

**£1 per hour enhancement available at weekends.**

**What you can expect to be doing as our Female Support Worker**:
As a **Female Personal Assistant, **you will support with after school sessions such as swimming, afterschool clubs and rehabilitation activities.

**What we are looking for in our Female Support Worker**:

- Experience working with brain injury and/or people with mental health difficulties is desirable
- Ability to promote and encourage therapies
- Must be proactive, organised and have a calm and confident demeanor
- Must be enthusiastic, energetic and have a good sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide support
- Have patience and empathy
- Must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client
- Driver with full UK License essential

The successful **Female Support Worker** will receive full training for this role, input from Therapists and regular supervision by Case Manager.
