Who are we?

We are a passionate team of individuals offering a range of services from marine leisure berthing and marine services to industrial engine servicing, harbour, and property management. People, communities, and excellent customer service are central to our business.

About the Role

We urgently require a Finance Assistant with particular experience and knowledge of accounts receivable tasks. The successful applicant will manage the inflow of funds. This will involve preparing and sending out invoices and reminders to clients, making bank deposits, recording payments received and answering clients' questions about their accounts. We use an AR software called Harbour Assist. Previous experience of using this would be advantageous but not essential.

About You

We’re looking for someone with lots of experience and ideally qualified. Experience is the priority. Experience of accounts receivable is essential. If you have used Sage 50 and/or Harbour Assist, that will be great but we can show you, if not.

Hours, Location and Salary

We need someone to start immediately and are prepared to negotitate for the right person.
