The main responsibilities will include:

- Procurement of Subcontractors.
- Setting a budget and then managing the cost of the project.
- Fully adhering to a Build Programme.
- Demonstrable track record of taking ownership of residential developments and display a good all-round commercial awareness.
- Produce financial performance review summaries.
- Report to the Head of Commercial.
