- Previous experience of collating data and transferring into actionable insights and easy to read information
What does a typical day in this role look like?
- Ensure relevant service level data and evidence of deliverables is provided and filed for audit record
- Ensure all relevant performance data is received and produce weekly scheduled contractual reports
- Prepare and draft new and renewal contract documentation
- Proofread reports and contract documentation
- Document and track contract governance and compliance from proposal to completion
- Support in content collation and visualisation for project / contract review meetings
- Keep contracts ledger up to date from lead generation through to project completion
- Organization and maintenance of all relevant data and reports
- Build relationships with contract owners to ensure effective and productive communication
- Consistently updating Head of Commercial Performance & Planning and contract owners on current and expected/forecasted performance
This role is partially working from the head office in Hertford and from home.
