Part Time Business Support Administrator

We are looking for an awesome administrator to join our team 30 hours per week. Could this be you?
**Where do you fit in?**
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, youll be part of a small friendly team who provide full administration support to our Paraplanners, Advisers and Clients.
Youll use your admin and customer service experience to help to manage our investment administration. Youll update our in-house system and third-party platforms, ensuring files and records are accurate. With the confidence to speak up and ask questions, and call external providers, youll use your communication skills to ensure that everyone is up to date and has all the information they need.
Youll be IT and system savvy happy to navigate around third-party platforms. Youll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive. Youll work with your team to deliver a first-class service, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Financial Services admin experience would be an advantage (although not essential), along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. We are happy to offer lots of training.
- The ability to meet deadlines effective at organising and prioritising your workload. Youll be adaptable, friendly, and helpful
- Youll be positive, good with people, and technology & system savvy
**This role is for 30 hours per week, from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.**
**You can be based from any one of our offices in Salisbury, Poole or Waterlooville, with hybrid working available following your training period.**
