We're looking for a Graduate Planning Adviser for a leading property investment company in Bournemouth.

The Graduate Planning Adviser will support the company’s Planning & Sustainability Consultant with the planning needs of over 250 property investors located throughout the UK.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide planning advice to a large network of HMO property investors
- Act as a Planning Agent on behalf of property investors, liaising with planning case officers and other consultants
- Support investors with investment location analysis
- Provide background research on properties/planning proposals including planning history searches and permitted development checks
- Provide advice regarding planning, licensing, building regulations, party wall, and restrictive covenants
- Provide a regular update to the HFS on planning activities, successes and challenges
- Deliver planning training and updates to the investor network
- A degree in Planning
- Some planning related experience
- Good knowledge of planning legislation and laws
- Excellent attention to detail
- The desire to progress their planning career and the desire to further their learning and career development
- Exceptional communication skills in all formats
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude
