- **You Must**_
- **Be able to speak Urdu or Bengali**: Our clients need Care Assistants who can speak fluent Urdu or Bengali
- **Be able to work full time without sponsorship or limits in the UK**: Our client is after full time staff and does not offer sponsorship
- **Be able to drive**: This is a domiciliary role so driving is essential BUT mileage is paid from home so a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is key
- **Be Flexible**: There is a range of shifts including weekends and evenings
- **Have Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills**: You are caring for vunerable people in their own homes a high standard of English and care will be expected
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Client Support**: Provide care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities.
- **Personal Care**: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- **Medication Assistance**: Help clients take their medication as prescribed.
- **Mobility Support**: Assist clients with mobility and access to activities to ensure they remain active and engaged.
- **Companionship**: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to improve their quality of life.
- **Safety and Respect**: Ensure the safety of clients and respect their rights and choices.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and write detailed reports on client care.
- **Training and Meetings**: Attend required meetings and training sessions to stay updated with best practices.
