**What does this Care Assistant job involve?**

Our role is to assist our clients live as independent as possible in their own homes. You will help them with activities of daily living including:

- Assist clients with maintaining their hygiene needs as outlined in their individual care plan.
- Nutrition; support with meal planning and preparation. Assist with eating and drinking
- Medication Support; prompting or administering medication
- Community: This includes supporting with shopping, attending activities, attending medical or other appointments
