**About the role**

You will be integral in creating and delivering standout marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive results. From crafting persuasive content and collaborating with designers to analysing campaign performance, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact while developing your creative and strategic skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Getting started**
- Learn about our marketing strategies, tools, and processes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals align with company objectives.
- Begin creating engaging copy and overseeing the production of campaign assets.
- Familiarise yourself with our CRM and marketing automation platforms.

**Establishing your impact**
- Take ownership of key campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to re-engage customers and build loyalty.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with designers and external partners to create high-quality campaign materials.
- Drive direct mail initiatives, including brochure creation and distribution.

**Driving excellence**
- Consistently deliver innovative and effective campaigns that exceed performance goals.
- Refine processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy.

**Key responsibilities**
- Create and manage campaigns across various channels, from concept to execution.
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for digital, print, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external partners to produce high-quality assets.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments to optimise results.
- Manage CRM data to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Generate reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution.
- 1+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and optimise customer data.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with internal and external teams.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
