**Credit Controller**

Our client is looking for a Credit Controller in a Shared Services Team, ideally you must be able to demonstrate credit control experience with a proven track record of collecting cash from a high volume of creditors using effective and efficient methods.

**The Role**:

- To ensure timely cash collection of all outstanding payments - minimising the AR outstanding balance
- To follow up on all overdue accounts and reporting to ensure compliance with group credit policy and KPIs as set by the Head of Credit Control
- To assist with all aspects of the credit function
- Account reconciliations and statement processing
- Sending out copy invoices, statements and managing customer queries
- Liaise with other departments around the business to resolve queries and close invoices
- Administering client invoices via the customer portals where required
- Assist in obtaining purchase orders from customers and issuing updated invoices
- Ledger maintenance, ensuring customer details are kept up to date
- Maintaining good client relationships
- Other duties as assigned
- Min 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised, attention to detail and meticulous approach to work
- Intermediate Excel and IT skills.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines,
- Effectively prioritise and manage own workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (core office hours 10-4pm). Part office part home working (Monday & Friday working from home). Shifts 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm (available).**

£27-30k per annum depending on experience. Plus great monthly bonus structure.
