My client is a market leading Estate Agent and are currently looking for a Senior Property ManageR to manage the existing portfolio and team.

Working out of their Solihull office, the suitable Senior Property Manager will come from a stable career background with at least 3 years property management experience (either from a Senior Property Manager/Team Leader level or Lettings Manager) with athorough understanding of all technical/legal matters and the ability to monitor client retention, handle compliance, oversee turnaround times and generally guide and manage the wider property management team.

**Senior Property Manager - experience needed**:

- An experienced manager or existing Senior Property Manager/Team Leader with at least 3 years Property Management experience.
- Able to provide and ensure others provide, a high level of customer service.
- Knowledgeable in lettings and up to date with industry legislation.
- Proactive, approachable and supportive.
- Highly organised, and capable of managing a team of up to 6 members of staff.
- Professional, articulate and proficient in problem resolution.
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Ideally hold ARLA qualification

**As Senior Property Manager you’ll be**:

- Measuring and managing your teams efficiency, productivity and drive, through set KPIs.
- Reviewing departmental processes and setting clear objectives, to ensure consistency in the thorough management of each Property Managers property portfolio.
- Ensuring your team work within brand guidelines, to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Overseeing the effective management of all end of tenancy objectives.
- Dealing with any complaints escalated to management level, and ensuring swift conflict resolution.
- Managing and cultivating relationship with 3rd party service providers.
- Account managing a small portfolio of landlords and attend client meetings.
- Report directly to the senior management and working together to ensure department success and growth.
