**Our client is an award-winning, leading £25m player in the Beauty and Well-Being industry with several innovative brands, very successfully combining expertise and quality products, technology and social media, to be at the forefront of the industry.

To continue its enviable success, the company is looking to appoint a qualified Accountant as Head of Finance to be part of its high calibre management team. Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, this Head of Finance role will include:

- Managing and developing the company's finance function of 8 staff
- Providing insight and analysis on company performance for decision-making
- Oversee and support the monthly management accounting process
- Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads.
- Evaluate the business case for investment decisions to improve returns on investments.
- Working capital management and production of monthly cashflow forecasts.
- Assist the external Auditors with statutory accounts, corporation tax and R&D claim.
- Work closely with the wider management team to achieve company goals
- Assess cost risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Encourage employees to take responsibility for their roles and own development.
- Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
- Ad hoc responsibility for all matters finance, alongside the Finance and Operations Director

This Head of Finance role will suit a high calibre qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA who has a passion for the Social Media sector and / or the Beauty and Well-being industry.

The Head of Finance role will require a Finance Manager or Financial Controller seeking a challenging new senior role, both hands-on and strategic, in an exciting growing business. You will have the gravitas to be a key player and add value to a dynamic high-profile management team.

Experience of working with an ERP system (eg MS Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle or similar) is important, with a track record in financial management, operational finance and financial planning, contributing to the decision-making process.
