**About the Role**:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as 12D Traffic Management Operatives or Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career in traffic management, with room for growth and progression based on performance and qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting **Stop and Go** mobile works
- Setting up and managing **temporary traffic lights**:

- Handling **road closures** and **low-speed traffic management setups**:

- Ensuring safety and efficiency in all traffic management tasks

**Requirements**:

- Must be **drug and alcohol-free** before starting each shift
- Agree to **random drug and alcohol testing**:

- Must have your **own transport** to travel to and from work daily
- A **van and fuel card** may be provided based on exceptional performance
- We also make efforts to arrange **pick-up/drop-off** when possible
